Looking to lose a little weight, shape your body & feel great? This is for you 👌
This program is built specifically to target key trouble areas for females (common weak points/ injury sites & body parts that could use a little more shape/visible muscle tone) in an efficient, effective way.
We’re also able to personalise our programming for each member when needed, meaning you’ll always get the attention from our coaches that you really need.
This means by ensuring our #femaleSHAPE crew have all their programming, coaching, nutrition, gym & accountability needs covered - We’re able to give them the results they seek WITHOUT any extreme nutrition or training.
Did you know:
- There’s key differences between female & male programming, particularly for body composition training.
- Most women choose the wrong exercises for their goals (often due to following more male-focused training templates).
- Cardio is a side tool that doesn’t need to be utilised much (if at all) in most cases.
- You can get ALL of your training done to maximise results in 3-4 hours per week in the gym.
- Carbs are you friend & anyone who tells you otherwise has an agenda.
- You can’t lose fat from just one area (such as your belly)... But you can lose it everywhere, which will include your belly (see picture of our #STRONGER co-owner @kelly_buchanan00).
