Being a doctor I encounter different types of fates everyday (I work at a hospital too), which at the end of the work day, makes me reflect about my own life. The things that we take for granted, and the meaningless things we pursue.
Just the ability to breathe without difficulties, for the ability to walk and run, for having normal healthy skin, for being able to eat and drink without pain. The list goes on. You have to remind yourself of those things, it’s like workout - there is no effect in doing it just once. I am a firm believer in that if you carry a positive mindset and let the gratitude flow within you, you will eventually attract a positive chain reaction into your life.
