What are a few things YOU do in your mornings to set your intentions for the day?
New weeks, there's something so amazing abut the chance to start over, make better choices and do the things you didn't get around to the week before.
This week, I've got a bunch of intentions set for myself but the most important intention I can set is how I start each morning and what mindset I'm in to tackle the rest of the day.
I've got a great morning routine that helps me align with how I want to feel and how I want my days to start... o Prayer/meditation
o Yoga practice
o Morning walk (weather permitting)
