Today was day 27. Already!!! 100 workouts might seem intimidating to complete... but in realty, it’s really not if you make it part of your daily routine.
Think of it as brushing your teeth! You do it because it improves your quality of life and prevents health issues. Well, exercising does the same, and more 🏋🏻♀️

I am lifting heavier than ever 🔥 💪🏻
If you would have told me I’d stick to not one, not two, not three but several workout programs from start to finish, I would have laughed!
But in all seriousness... when you want it bad enough, that you’ve got the right tools to succeed, and that you show up even on days you don’t feel like it, you will get incredible results.
These programs are based on nutrient dense nutrition, and regular exercise.
Having structure is something that helps me so much. I am ennagream 6 so your girl needs all the structure and planning she can get 😆
Seriously though. I love that I know what to train, when. What to eat, how much of it, why.
