DAY26/100 and I had no gas left in the tank by the end... You can tell by how I had to take out the jump and take a quick break after every rep... I was 110% DONE!

There’s no shame in modifying or feeling totally dead after a workout... in fact, that’s an AMAZING thing worth celebrating!!! Even if you don’t look as insta-perfect as your first rep and you’re a sweaty mess, you’re living at your full potential and leaving nothing on the table!👏

Happy Saturday! 🦋🌼🌈 HERE’S WHAT IVE NOTICED! 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
There are only 4 days left in the 28 day Hybrid program I’ve been sharing with you all🙀 and it was exactly what I needed to get my head straight.
Yesterday also marked 3 months of OFFICIALLY quitting smoking 🚭 my body has fluctuated since then with the chemical changes and new routine...BUT I knew it was a 1 step back- 💯 steps forward type of deal. YES I gained 10-15lbs after I quit. I was grumpy and NOT happy about it 🤬 on the other hand I made a HEALTHY long term decision and can now move forward in strengthening my body from all the damage I had done.
#1 IM NOT AS MOODY! my body isn’t coming down from the nicotine and making me irritable every couple hours PLUS with me doing a program and working out consistently...my body is releasing more serotonin (the happy chemical 🥳)
#2 I CAN BREATH!
My lung capacity has definitely strengthened! I’m able to actually DO more and not feel like I’m having a heart attack 💔 this program is designed to push yourself at your own pace...so I’m forcing my body grow and be stronger 💪🏻
#3 ENERGIZER BUNNY
I wake up earlier and less groggy 🥴 YES there are days where I’m like F this I do NOT wanna get off my a$$ but I drink my preworkout and pour everything I’ve got into the next 20min and I’m DONE. My superfoods shake is there to give me all my nutrients post workout and BAM 💥 I’m ready for the rest of the day.
#4 I SAY “YES” MORE
What I mean is negativity is starting to find that it doesn’t have a place in my life. That small voice in your head telling you that you can’t do it or you’re not capable of finishing is bye bye gone and I hear myself encouraging me to keep going because I know I CAN

sadboi central rn i KNOW im not eating enough and thats exactly why im not energized enough for my workouts or meeting my goals :-(
