That's my word for the year.
Not only do I want to be more bold in my business, fitness and personal life but I also want to help my clients and team be more bold so they can gain confidence and hit the goals they want set out to reach this year.
No more wishing.
No more thinking about it.
No more selling ourselves short.
No more fear.
No more telling ourselves lies like we can't do it, we aren't good enough, or finding excuses to push those goals off.
My Mom was a nurse for her working career of over 20+ years, and then took a bold move to go into Medical Sales. She risked everything to take that leap- her nursing job, leaving all of her patients/friends, risking a solid career...would she be successful? Would she make it work? What if she failed? Could she pay the family bills on a commissioned job? I don't think she ever had these thoughts (at least out loud)- she just went for it. She believed she could. She left home for a 6-week training and if she didn't pass at the end, the job was not hers. Well of course she passed, the job was hers and she became a successful medical sales lady in just a few years of her career. What still sticks with me when she was so sick at the end of her battle, is she thought she was let go for missing so much work because she couldn't get into her voicemail.
We found out later, it was because she had TOO many messages- people who cared, people checking in on her. She left one job where she had SO many friends and relationships and built another one so quickly to add onto her life in a new way! So yes, change is scary and nothing is guaranteed when you make a jump. But if you believe and go for it, you will be amazed at what's on the other side. She was able to pay for my college, travel more, and have her dream job because she didn't listen to any inner voices telling her she couldn't do it.
So this year I channel my Mom's drive more than ever- and go forward with gusto in many of my own goals.
You ready to lock arms and take a chance with me?
My team is growing and we have more people to help with their health. Reach out and let’s be BOLD together.
