MEXICO 🇲🇽
Dispatch from Inglewood, Los Angeles:
You can walk here from the airport, and in a pinch I would do just that. Nayarit is a coastal state between Jalisco and Sinaloa and is best known for its delicious seafood. The Nayarit-style seafood selection here is possibly the city's best, and worth coming to even when your origin is farther than LAX. This mojarra frita seemed like it was caught just before we arrived. Squirt some lime. Are we on the beach?

Paratha is a typical Punjabi (Indian) unleavened flat bread.
They make it stuffed and there is many ways to do it, but the most common are:
Gobi- cauliflower (grated better)
Aloo - potatoes mix
Mooli - daikon (white radish)
Gobi - cauliflower
Ajwain - carom seeds
Panner - “cottage cheese”

If not stuffed, they just served with some pickle (like mango, spicy of course) or dip it into the tea.
Very common to have it as a breakfast or in a tiffin box.
