Paratha is a typical Punjabi (Indian) unleavened flat bread.
They make it stuffed and there is many ways to do it, but the most common are:
Gobi- cauliflower (grated better)
Aloo - potatoes mix
Mooli - daikon (white radish)
Gobi - cauliflower
Ajwain - carom seeds
Panner - “cottage cheese”
If not stuffed, they just served with some pickle (like mango, spicy of course) or dip it into the tea.
Very common to have it as a breakfast or in a tiffin box.
