What a summer it’s been. I wish I could tell you it’s been the best ever. Heck, I wish I could tell you 2019 has been the best freaking year of my life!!!! Well, I can’t. I will say that among the setbacks, illnesses, and most recently the loss of one of my greatest supporters(my mom), I am forever Thankful.
Im thankful for these struggles for it makes me see how strong I can really be....physically, mentally, and spiritually. I’m thankful that I get to be a mom to my two daughters, and a wife to a supportive husband. I’m thankful that I get to wake up and start a new day. I’m thankful for my opportunity to Improve my Health by continuing to fuel my body with good nutrition, and incorporating 20-30 minutes of exercise.
Am I ok? No. I’m not. But I will be. Turning to exercise has been some of the best therapy I’ve had. And now that I’m determined to change my Mindset on my nutrition, I know in a matter of time, I’ll be more than just OK.
