I used to hate running in #winter, but after I invested in some @lululemonausnz long sleeve running tops I haven't looked back, and that's probably a good thing considering all of Australia's major running events are in winter or early spring- meaning winter training is essential. *
My half marathon training is going reasonably well, and so far my foot (I have a (very expensive ) issue with my big toe) is holding out. I've written myself a program based on the beginner half marathon training plans available. I'm doing one long run on the weekend and aiming for two shorter mid week runs (which are the hardest to fit in). My other issue, which I am going to seek some specialist advice about this week is post run asthma. I am a serious asthmatic and am finding my #asthma post anything longer than 8km quite an issue. Any one else out there have this issue?
