Ok so another update for you where I’m being accountable for my recent goals 🚨 NEWS FLASH this week I’ve been a little easy on myself with logging on WW and have forgotten to post the odd meal for my insta account.
These pics are just a few of the meals I have eaten (not showing the off plan treats I have had 😂) I’m not one to make excuses (I have in the past! 🙈) so I take full responsibility of what I’m about to say.
I have eaten what I wanted all week and not logged it all. And yes it feels good!! 😂 Because i accept that this is a journey and not a race and every week can not be a perfect one of logging and food prepping etc. I have been so hard on myself in the past when really I should be giving myself the same support I would give a loved one or a friend. 💗 it’s been an easy week and I have enjoyed every bit of it, and I intend to enjoy Christmas Day with same intentions 😌 I am still fitting in the gym sessions where I can, but again this weeks been a low key one in all aspects. I’ve really had some quality time with myself and my loved ones whilst enjoying the foods I love guilt free.
I’m sure a lot of you have felt the pressure this week what with Christmas parties coming up. I have two Christmas meals out this week. 🙅🏼♀️ As I have told myself I can advise you too if you need support and find yourself in a similar situation, we have the rest of our whole lives... (let that sink in for a minute.) being healthy and reaching our goals is a mere chapter in that, so brush your shoulder off put your lippy on and enjoy yourself!! You can reach your goals and you will for the rest of your life, just have balance patience and don’t be afraid to let your hair down when you feel the need to, have fun with it and own it! life is a journey to live and love - Life should never be a race
