When you should be getting ready for work but you start flicking through the WW flavours book 🤦🏼♀️ then realise you need to get ready or you'll be late oops,
I have ALL the tools, I have the books, the knowledge YOU amazing people who have shown me nothing but kindness and inspiration yet I'm still struggling to get back to being focused, I've had a lot on this past 6 months and I've done what I know when stressed..... I eat ALL the food. Does it make me feel better? No does it solve my problems? No does it make sense? No so why do I keep doing it? Dunno...
Now I feel crappy, overweight, miserable that non of my size 10,12 and some 14 clothes fit.
I was over the mood when I hit target, I could go to my wardrobe and pick out anything and knew it fit, now I'm living in the same stuff day in day out, struggling to feel nice, so so I get back on plan and get my sh*t together? No I keep doing what I'm doing!!!! 🤦🏼♀️ any tips or advice on how you've got back on plan after struggling to get back at it? I found WW so easy when I started, I lost all my weight in 26 weeks and managed to maintain for over a year then boom it's gone thanks in advance as I know you're all amazing and will give good advice xxx 😘
