3 pictures for #transformationtuesday
The other day while I was looking for a picture I found the one on the left. It brought memories back and it made me feel so proud where I am today.
I remember being so obsessed with my weight and the way I looked. You name the pill, the shake, the diet and I probably tried it and on top of all of that I had a problem with bulimia. I thought I was fine as long as the numbers on the scale kept going down. On September 2015 I told my husband what was going on. He was the first person I have ever told the struggles I had with eating disorders since I was a teenager. A couple weeks later I found out I was pregnant and I was scared. I knew I had to do better for myself and the kids and I believe finding out I was pregnant and prayers it was what got me through it.
Fast forward 6 months after I had my baby and I was scared to lose weight. I had actually tried 2 months after I had him but I wasn’t emotionally ready for it. I started following a few accounts and that’s what inspired me to give WW another try. The fact they loved what they were eating and didn’t feel restrict at all. They were eating bread, pastas and ice cream!!! and they were losing weight. So I knew that’s what I had to do.
With WW I’ve done much more than losing pounds. It has created a new lifestyle in the kitchen and my meals and I absolutely love it. I can still enjoy popcorn, chips, chocolate and all the little treats I once thought I couldn’t.
At 143lbs I’m HAPPY and HEALTHY thanks to @weightwatchers .
People following the Weight Watchers program can expect to lose 1-2lbs per week. I lost weight on prior program and WW Freestyle.
