Happy Monday friends! Vacation was amazing and I can’t believe it’s over. I was talking to my friend Catherine over at @cheeseandcardio yesterday and she was saying she was going to do a 12 day Whole 30 starting today and immediately I was like I need to do it too! So we’re doing it together which I am so excited about! Having an accountability partner is always key my friends! For those of you who are newer to following me I did a full Whole 30 last May with Catherine. I truly felt terrific afterwards. I indulged a lot while away for 9 days and I am up 8.4 pounds on the scale this morning. My body definitely needs some extra love right now and I feel like doing a 12 day Whole 30 while tracking my #smartpoints is what I need. Since I got in pretty late last night day one is going to be pretty simple. My brother dropped some food off to me last night and part of it was some small red potatoes and onions. I decided to reheat them this morning in 1/2 tsp of ghee (1SP). I ate 1/2 cup of the red potatoes and onions (2SP) along with 2 eggs from my SIL’s chickens (0SP). Drinking all of the water this morning and already feeling pretty good! ⠀ ⠀
Went for an egg sandwich instead of an egg scramble this morning and I have found a new repeat breakfast
2 slices Sara Lee 45 cal bread (2)
2 eggs (0)
2 slices center cut bacon (2)
sprinkle of cheese (1)
EBTB seasoning (0)
Starting this week off right, because Sprinkles make everything better, right!? Happy Monday!

A lot of breakfast for 3 points! Post workout meal.
2 eggs (fresh, thanks to a friend!) - 0 points
1/8 cup Turkey Sausage - 1 point
Seasoned with salt & pepper
Little Sprinkle (1 Tbsp.) of 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar - 1 point
Lite Wheat toast - 1 point
Spray with “Can’t Believe it is Butter” - 0 points
Sprinkle cinnamon on toast
Spread 1Tbsp. Smucker’s SF Blackberry Jam - 0 points, a tablespoon was too much for me. I scraped some off! Just a taste is all I want.
I woke up so hungry today! Ate a huge breakfast and know I’ll be eating a heavy lunch too. But planning to make up for it with a veggie filled dinner tonight
I’ve started adding ground flaxseed and powdered brewers yeast into my breakfast to help with my supply. On a positive note, I pumped 4oz last night and another 5oz this morning. Turning those points into food for my little man
Enjoying an advocare vanilla meal replacement shake on the porch this morning and reflecting upon these last few weeks.
I’ve been traveling and celebrating a lot these last few weeks and have been making awful choices, I haven’t logged onto this account or the weight watchers app because I’ve been so ashamed of my choices.
Yesterday I put on some shorts that I had FINALLY fit into after the initial weight loss and found that they were feeling a little snug again, and decided I needed to be intentional and get back on the grind. I took a short walk this morning before breakfast and am hoping to do yoga a little later with my boyfriend!! (That’s a rare sight so pictures will definitely be coming). What motivates you guys to get back into your weight loss journey when you loose your way? I’d love suggestions!
Stayed totally on track this weekend and it paid off! .
I have to admit though I’m a tiny bit frustrated because I feel like with all of my activity and staying on track I should have lost more but I know bodies are weird so I’m moving on and staying on track again this week :)
Diving into Monday like my favorite Loon We see him every weekend we are on the lake Make today an awesome day
I'm -53 weeklies already My week resets Friday...Yikes!! But I'm going to do my best to stay on track and use my 23 daily points or less (I want some roll over days and if I pre plan I know I will SUCCEED )!! I am still proud of myself even though I am -53 weeklies because I tracked it #nsv
It’s Monday y’all!!! New day...new week...to make smart choices and do what we know to do...measure and track! Remember in measuring, it is not a scoop/heaping spoon or cup, make that spoon or cup level! Otherwise, you are adding more points.
Find something you enjoy to get active. You got this!! Make it a GREAT day...the choice is yours!
Hi, my name is Mandy and I’m a @weightwatchers screw-up. It’s time to hit the RESET BUTTON as my friend @the_fit_and_fabuless_mama says. I’m up a few pounds because I just haven’t gotten my act together since my family reunion in May when the sugar monster grabbed me and won’t let go. Enough is enough though! It’s time to get serious again and get these few pounds off. Here’s to a new week and a fresh start!
After my unplanned, offtrack weekend, I figured I would keep breakfast really simple this morning to get back on track. 4SP for this protein shake made with almond milk!
4/23SP for the day.
