At the moment this is my favourite pudding 😊 0sp & sweet!! Feeling really in the zone at the moment and able to handle food well, long may it continue 🤞... over the years I think it's easy to get bored and fed up, and slip up. So I'm not expecting this feeling to last forever as "life" happens. I just don't want to spiral. I have the mind set at the moment of just take 'each day as it comes' and only focus on this one day and these meals. I'm awful diet/food wise with pressure. I'm the opposite to some people that an event, date, outfit, or even meal plan, can throw me totally and I self sabotage and get a black cloud over me and feel anxious so I end up eating the whole kitchen every day as I almost tell myself straight away I can't do it so shouldn't try, which is stupid! So staying calm and in the moment and not looking too far ahead with food goals works best!! I've learnt over the years just not to focus on a certain goal, weight, dress or date!! (But yes I do have them in my mind just no certain point to achieve them attached anymore) Just go with the flow 😊😊😊 Do it your way!!....
