𝕄𝕪 𝕣𝕖𝕒𝕤𝕠𝕟 𝕨𝕙𝕪... Before I even became a Mummy, I followed @ww.uk - I always wanted to lose weight, but never quite managed it. Then I had Joshua and slowly the weight just kept creeping up. I never enjoyed walking or being active, it wasn’t part of my lifestyle. >>
Fast forward to January 2016 and the decision I made changed my life forever! I rejoined ww for the last time, I wanted this more than ever and I wanted to be a healthier, fitter and slimmer mummy for my boy. 13 months later I reached my goal 🥅
What did that goal mean to me...it just meant a number on the scales, a number I was fixated on getting to, a number that would make me happy 🤔 but actually the biggest part of my journey was still to come, maintaining. Nearly 2 years later, I am incredibly happy with myself. What I’ve achieved, what I’m still achieving every single day. I have learnt that it’s not just about that number on the scales each week, it’s about what I’ve achieved in that week • memories • happiness • new recipes • pride
So my goal for 2019 is to just carry on being proud of everything I have, work hard on making more memories and most of all learning to be kind to myself ❤️ ᗯᕼᗩT’ᔕ YOᑌᖇ 2019 GOᗩᒪ?
