Honesty post and apologies that it's a long ranty one - today has not been a good day!
This is just tonight's food! I feel physically and mentally exhausted with what feels like constant sickness bugs, coughs and colds, running round between school and nursery runs, work and trying my hardest at being "on plan" and getting to the gym.
Today I've hit a wall. I'm not pointing food today because there is no point depressing myself even more. I won't weigh in tomorrow because it won't have the desired effect of motivating me, it'll make me carry on eating. What I will do tomorrow is draw a line, start a new week and actually enjoy a quiet weekend for a change instead of running round like a headless chicken!
Fingers crossed for a decent night's sleep, the end of illnesses and a more positive feeling tomorrow.
