Well, real life. What else can I say?
Miss 3 chucked a huge tantrum on our earlier walk, which I was in no mood for so turned around and walked promptly home. I rarely do that but I was not in the mood today after a stressful morning. Whilst Daniel Tiger babysat the kids and I cooked dinner, I did a quick Leslie Sansone workout. I wanted to do the full 15 minutes but it jumped into a different cool down 🤔 my body had not cooled down to jump into that. So to avoid injury, I didn’t do it. Anyway, I will try to do another 15-30 minutes later tonight cause this Mama needs the endorphins.
On another note, I weighed in today at 79.3kg. 600 gram down since that shocking Monday weigh in. That made me happy but it was weird, when I was working out tonight I felt stronger, leaner and my pants kept falling down. I think I am more toned. My bottom half looks more defined. Anyway, it was nice and needed because on Monday, the scales really peeved me off yet scared me. I haven’t been able to really shake it.
