Life is about balance. Some days you have a doughnut flavored protein bar for breakfast for 6 points and then twice as many points on the real thing for lunch!
Still plenty of points left so I get that today!
Breakfast! I accidentally slept in late and woke up hungry - but I had to walk and feed the dogs, so I had a fiber one bar. 5sp! For breakfast was a deli sandwich - two slices of potato bread (5sp), an ounce and a half of cheese (6sp), and then mustard and deli meat (both 0sp). Advantage of being super fat is starting with a high points limit at least, so even 10sp a meal gives you some left over. Going to get the rest of my meal prep ingredients today and get that taken care of. Today didn't go so well! But, it was a lack of planning on my part. I signed up for #weightwatchers on a whim, ish, but hadn't went out and bought food. I'm also still learning my way around the points system. But, I did grocery shop, and got some fruits and veggies and picked out recipes for the week. I will say I'm really grateful for the extra week points because it sort of helped to not trigger the guilt I tend to feel when I splurge that badly. It also helps that I don't look at calories so I don't feel guilty about that, either.

There’s a recipe on the WW app for barley, grape tomatoes, and sautéed arugula. I added mushrooms and topped it with over easy eggs! You could even add hot sauce for a kick!

Although I DO love my 80 Day Program I was doing, this new program is such a nice change of pace since it’s only 4 DAYS A WEEK and the workouts are only 30-40 min a day!!! -
I feel like I have so much free time! I am gonna spend the extra time with family, hiking, biking and playing! All the things I never had energy or the desire to do when I was super out of shape. Shoot I didn’t wanna get off the couch! That was pretty depressing!
Not only did I get a body I am proud of but I also got a LIFE I am proud of Most importantly my kids benefit from this me
It’s Not too late to jump in to this 8 week program that me and my challengers are doing!
Structured workouts/simple meal plan (one which you can still enjoy your damn life), accountability in my support group and me as your coach to help keep you inspired, educated and on track!

Truth is - my niece is in town and I’ve busy entertaining her! I’ve been eating within my points but having two kiddos so young - it’s a lot! .
So, these food pics this week are few and far between! Haha .
Last week I was away with the fam and I can’t express how zen I feel coming from a week of eating, chilling, drinking and eating.... I fell off the bandwagon a while back and struggled to get the motivation to get back on. Every Monday was ‘start’ day and guaranteed I’d end up in Subway ordering a foot long by 12pm and convincing myself that light mayo & a Diet Coke would balance the slab of bread out... it is a lifestyle change but also don’t force yourself if the times not right. The time is right for me now and I’ve effortlessly just fell back into healthy eating today, I’m not counting SP yet but I’m going to take today as a win. Make memories not count calories (not all the time obvs or I’d be fucked) ♀️♀️♀️
Why is this so accurate though? My goal weight of 175 is still considered overweight for my height (5’5”)... but I know what I look like at 175 and I’m comfortable there. We need to include the diversity of bodies when we educate girls. And honestly, all bodies are beautiful.
Spread the hummus on half the pita and some of the sauce (ff Greek yogurt, minced garlic and ranch seasoning). Stacked half a sliced tomato, 3 chickpea balls and sprinkled the ff feta. I won’t lie, it did crumble and was a bit messy to eat but really really delicious!
I am so excited about this weeks prep! I was inspired by @downshiftology prep videos where rather than make dishes, she preps ingredients. She then uses those prepped ingredients to put different meals together throughout the week in only a few minutes. So you end up with a different meal daily with the ingredients in your fridge.
This week I prepped:

I’m thinking pork burrito bowls, Mexican pasta salad, falafel bowls, chicken and rice, tacos! I’ll be posting what I come out with throughout the week!

Today marks exactly three weeks of following WW Freestyle. I just bought these pants a month ago & that was my final wake up call that I HAD to do something. Never in my life did I think I’d ever be in this size pants, but after my last pregnancy & weight gain from meds after... there I was. These pants were tight, but I refused to go higher. I could button them up and that’s all that mattered. ♀️ The pants in the pic are those pants! Just three weeks later!! When I walk, they literally fall off of me and I can put them on without even unbuttoning them! Time for new pants and my first NSV is saying goodbye to this size FOR GOOD!
