HAPPY 2 YEARS, COACH! 🙌💪
2 years ago, I left my "comfort zone"-- a team I had been with for YEARS, blindly following their cookie cutter plans, doing hours upon hours of cardio, drinking the kool-aid about "eating clean", cutting salt and water in peak week, wearing squeems, light/high rep lifts (to avoid getting bulky) and being told that THAT was the only way to be competitive in this sport.
2 years ago, you opened my eyes to the world of flexible dieting, to lifting heavy, and making this truly a lifestyle. You showed me a sustainable way to continue competing in a sport I love. You helped me discover just how STRONG I am.
You are the gold standard of what a coach should be. You CARE about our psychology & things going on in our lives on top of everything else involved in this journey. You Walk The Walk, setting the example for us to follow.
I could go on and on!!! ...but for the sake of brevity-- I just want to say THANK YOU. I'm in shock of the progress we've made these last two years, ESPECIALLY this 2018 season. It just keeps getting better and better, and I can't wait to see what I next year holds.
