There are so many different ways to goal set. We like clients to pick 1-2 goals for each aspect of wellness: physical (diet, exercise, sleep, etc.), social (time with friends), mental (stress management), spiritual (purpose), intellectual (career, reading, personal development, etc.) for long term goal setting ☑️. Another way is to choose a key 💡 or word for their year; for example, courage 💜. _____________________________________________
