CUPPING ...When I first arrived to Dubai 10 years ago there was a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic down stairs from my apartment. I started having cupping for muscle pain and found it helped dramatically. At that time the therapist would say 'Mam very bad circulation'... I would have very bright 'bruising' ... 10 years on as I leave each time Lucy tells me 'Mam very good circulation.' I put this down to my accupressure mat that I lie on daily and more movement in general. Of course yoga practice and conscious breathing helps too! The last two days my mind feels foggy. A lot I want to express, but words just ain't flowing.
So, the words of Sri Yogendraji were hollowing, somewhere between all the clouds in my brain: "What was in the morning is not at midday,

Strength & flexibility is what I have been working on today. These days I have decided to eat mostly raw food- and I feel it almost instantly!
.
I have been testing on and off with processed vs raw and I must admit, for me at least I feel my body is lighter and stronger on fruits and veggies- especially the alkaline rich foods.
