Writing is a fantastic way to relieve stress and self-reflect. How can this help you in your life? Because it “forces” you to spend time on yourself; it’s free, quality self-care, self-reflection and self-healing time. It helps you understand all the aspects of your inner life: psychological, spiritual and physical. It helps transform your thought and behavior patterns. Grab your pen and journal(treat yourself to a new one to encourage/inspire yourself ), find a quiet place to listen deeply. Write at the top of the paper — the prompted journal questions from @gurey_blnt in the video!
Then place palms of hands on heart and direct breath into all sides of the chest expanding this space. Exhale fully. Repeat 10x slowly. Then ask the question at the top of your paper and sweetly close your eyes. Then just listen, listen deep. Pay attention to stories surfacing in the mind, thoughts swirling in your consciousness, emotions triggered, memories remembered, instant knowings. Write down whatever comes up.
