And I’ve finally surrendered to the bad weather #mothernatureatwork And it really wasn’t so bad. We trekked around the resort and found some magical spots. I even managed to roll out my mat and practice the full Primary series - my mood has instantly changed after my practice. We have one last adventure left tomorrow morning and we’re going to make it count! 🧣

“The most confused we ever get is when we try to convince our head of something our heart knows is a lie.” - Karen Moning
Waking up this morning stuck in my head. So I rolled out of bed and got on my mat with no expectations of my practice. I just let it flow and found my truth. #namaste
Yogies I'm taking you to Morocco. I have 6 more places for six of you looking to travel with me and Alana Kessler this fall. -
We start the day with morning Mysore Practice and led for beginners, practice yin yoga and partake in yoga discussions in the evenings. During the day we go on excursions to the local town and relax on the beaches outside our door. We relax, swim, surf, we walk the streets of Agadir and take a trip to explore Marrakesh. We eat fresh vegetarian meals inspired by the local cuisine and end each day with pranayama and meditation-
$500 deposit to hold your spot. We have double twin rooms and double rooms available.
Benefits of yoga (that I have experienced)
• Calmness • More sense of control in mind, body and life
• deeper breathing
• possibilities, everything is possibly and the body is truly amazing
• fitter body
• selflove and acceptance
• healthier mind, body and soul
• better sex • tighter muscles everywhere
• easier to orgasm
• better balance
• happier • freer
• get to know my body a lot better, I can feel the moment I start to get stiffer, when I need to pause, move, stretch, more strength etc
• less/more controlled pain (a lot thanks the reason above)
• letting go of tension
• letting shit go
• so much more, I might add on as I go
Where is @saigon_om? In their travels to Australia, Vietnam and Canada to teach and learn, Hang and Sarah have met many saigon om supporters along the path
In the comments below, share a picture of yourself in your saigon om top and tell us where you are! Here are photos of saigon om long-time supporter @kimberlynhan, in #NiagaraFalls last Sunday! #saigonom
This is a picture from last year in Tunisia, because today no asanas, no practice. My body is tired and my injured leg hurts. My physiotherapist told me to rest more, much much more.... but resting is really hard for me !!! So, today I went to the library and instead of walking, gardening, cooking and practicing I will be reading in the garden ! ...and I will not feel bad about doing nothing ! Sometimes it s ok !
Life is beautiful #enjoy, #live#rest#read, #notguilty#ok#healing#goals

My favorite part of my Morocco adventure was staying in this magical little space.
I know I already wrote one gushing post about how incredible it was for @C_andy_land and @Rifqiomar to take me into their home as a complete stranger.
But, after spending an entire week with them- I can’t help but to write one more.
I think I can honestly say that I’ve never experienced such selfless hospitality for such an extended period of time before.
Everything from watching YouTube videos of how to make vegan food for dinner (which was amazing, by the way- shout out to Omar for being a kick ass cook).
To taking me on road trips & showing me all of their favorite places.
Their generosity & love was beyond inspiring to be around- and I’m leaving feeling completely full because of it.
I’m so grateful for the sanctuary that is there home, but more importantly- I’m so grateful to have made two new friends who honestly already feel like family.
It was so cool to meet them at such a pivotal point in their lives (planning a wedding & starting a new business!), and I can’t wait to see all of the new developments that unfold by the time I return next year.
If you’re planning a surf trip around Taghazout area, make sure to look them up at @Surfsouladventure.
I can just about guarantee you’ll leave with a happy belly & a full heart.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you both for a week that I’ll never forget 🧡 #GLOWyogafam
Ps: this is my first time hollowbacking in lotus!!!
Please follow me! @fullforcefrenzy
The route which we will follow have neither private accommodation, nor any kind of commercial supply options along the way. Therefore the trek will be supported by the trekking crews. Curious? Link on the bio
I saw a yogi to this pose on Instagram, well not quite this pose.. their legs were pretty much straight up and it looked so effortless ... mine isn't quite the same ... but to be honest I'm not here to compare myself to others, but rather be inspired by others. So this is where I am at we are all different, at different levels with different flexibility, and that's what's so great about Instagram. Be inspired by others and celebrate their success whilst working on your own.
Why do you practice? For me the reason changes every day to be honest. A lot of the times is because I feel very stiff after all the walking to and from work that I do, plus I'm paranoid about injuries so I know regular stretch will only do me good. Sometimes I practice just to clear my mind, I put some music on and flow to some of my favourite songs, it always ends up looking like a crazy dance haha. Sometimes I step on my mat because I feel strong and I want to test my strength and see what I'm capable of that day. And sometimes I don't even want to step on my mat but I do it anyway because I know consistency is key. But at the end of the day I always feel so much better after it, I never regret stepping on my mat.
I am so quick to tell others to rest, but find it so hard to take my own advice ... however I listened to my body this weekend and actually rested, and even though it's Monday I woke up before my alarm and felt brand new feeling refreshed and ready for this week, and even more ready for my holiday this Saturday
A little upside down play on my mat this morning...recently I've become a huge fun of bright colours, especially orange ... can you tell
Kathryn Hamlett (@spacekat2020) strikes a pose (swipe left). One of the things I like about yoga is the shapes and forms it creates with the body. Before we melted in the heat, we had some fun on the Riverfront getting a sense of what it takes to do some yoga photography. Good times. .
Kathryn's class at 9:30a on Saturdays at Shelby Farms is great. You'll find her at Hot Yoga Plus, LA Fitness, Crosstown Concourse, Downtown Yoga, Shelby Farms on Saturday Mornings, A-Town Crossfit and others. She does privates as well. .
We used a Fuji X-E2 with a XF 35mm f/1.4 R lens for these shots.
My friend and yogi Kathryn Hamlett (@spacekat2020) strikes a pose (swipe left). I created this feed as a way to study yogic imagery that combined beautiful both form and composition. Eventually, I said, fuck it, let's go make some of our own. The pictures are easy when you have someone as lovely and talented as Kathryn. If you are in or come to Memphis, be sure to hunt down one of her classes. You'll find her at Hot Yoga Plus, LA Fitness, Crosstown Concourse, Downtown Yoga, Shelby Farms on Saturday Mornings, A-Town Crossfit and others. She does privates as well.
