Desk Yoga: Forming part of desk yoga, students can benefit with Seated Downward Facing Dog Pose Chair to ease and relax the lower back while stretching the leg muscles. A simple forward bend in this variation can help open up the tight hips relaxing the entire body. This has always been on of my favorite poses and it’s my goal to master it. It’s an intimidating and challenging pose that brings humility and power. 🌟
Today, in front of everyone at planet fitness, I tried to do a variation of this pose for the first time in about 2 years. Even though I failed every time and was reminded of the fitness I let fall away I’m thankful to have engaged in the challenge. It gave me confidence - after doing something so hard and sometimes scary the world seems easy. 🌟
