Auf die Intention kommt es an 🧘🏻‍♂️
Ich glaube jeder Mensch kennt Situationen in seinem Leben auf die es keine Antwort auf die Frage warum gibt? Manchmal ist das warum banal, machmal dauert es ein ganzes Leben die Dinge zu verstehen und manchmal ist es es auch einfach „Shit Happens“. 🧘🏻‍♂️
Es gibt in meinem Leben ganz viele Dinge bei denen ist das warum wichtig bzw. die Intention dahinter sollte mein Verhalten und mein Handeln lenken. In meinem Fall bin ich Heute wieder in einem Gymn gelandet, lange nicht mehr hier gewesen. 🧘🏻‍♂️
Ich bin der großen Überzeugung, dass in meinem und im Leben vieler der Physische Körper und seine Leistungsfähigkeit eine zu große Rolle einnehmen. Der physische Körper ist banal gesehen nur einer von fünf unterschiedlichen Körpern. Aber der einzige den wir wirklich sehen können (die meisten von uns zumidnest). Vielleicht ist auch dies der Grund warum es uns Menschen so sehr darum gelegen ist diesen physischen Körper einem Ideal zu unterwerfen, ungeachtet der Tatsache der Relevanz für unser Leben. 🧘🏻‍♂️
Ich erinnere mich an zwei Dinge im Bezug auf meinen physischen Körper. Zum einen das Mark Stephens gesagt hat, dass einer der Gründe für ihn komplexe Asanas zu vollführen der Zugang zu bisher unentdeckten Teilen seines Körpers ist und das sie ihn tiefer bringen, tiefer in sich. 🧘🏻‍♂️
Mich erinnert dies wiederum stark an den Hinweis von #OSHO, dass der Zugang zum zweiten Körper (der Energiekörper) nur über den physischen Körper möglich ist. Denn jeder Körper ist mit dem über und unter ihm verbunden - Ein System, dass immer tiefer führt. 🧘🏻‍♂️
Die Ausgangsfrage / Einstieg in diesen Post ist das Warum gewesen: Ich fühle neben Yoga ein Bedürfnis nach weiteren Möglichkeiten Mobilität und „fühlen“ meines Körpers in meine Praxis einzubauen. 🧘🏻‍♂️
Ich kann bei körperlicher Betätigung gut nachdenken nachdenken, mich wie im Yoga verbinden mit meinem Körper und meiner Atmung. Ich gehe da Heute anders rein als noch vor einem Jahr, auch meine Zielsetzung ist eine andere. Ich denke ein gesunder, vitaler Körper braucht viel weniger Action als ich / wir ihm geben und er ist essentiell für ein harmonisches Gefühl im zweiten Körper.

Wow! Talk about an #absworkout ... #boatpose is difficult for me to hold in proper form for more than a few seconds... and I have a pretty strong core. I can do half boat (knees bent) for longer so I guess this is something I need to start working on.

Backbends like this can feel better or worse depending on your SHOULDER and HIP mobility. If your shoulders and hips are tight, the movement will be focused more in the spine, which can get uncomfortable over time because you’re compressing the joints. Prepare for backbends not only by extending your spine but also by doing lots of shoulder & hip mobility exercises. They’ll help in other activities, too. (See future posts for examples). ~
If your shoulders and hips are flexible, try to keep it that way whilst maintaining strength.
