I was on a very unplanned social media unplug over the last couple of months. It was just what the dr ordered.
After moving I had check marked a handful of the ‘top 10 life stressors’ and just needed time for nesting, re-centering, and nurturing new family ties. It naturally happened that parts of me took a much needed hibernation.
As 2019 unfolds-Happy New Year🥳 btw-
I don’t really have a masterful plan about how I want to go about posting here.
I do want to shift towards sharing my personal journey/daily life and that makes me nervous in an ok way.
My gut tells me some authentic sharing will be cathartic for me but also hopefully my words can be used as medicine for those who can relate.
With your and my self care in mind I’d like to remind you to engage in healthy social media-ing. It’s ok to take a break and or unfollow/hide/mute what you need to for your wellbeing. 🙏
