Christmas and Easter are when I totally relax ( and by relax I mean have no guilt about what and how much chocolate I eat) I absolutely love chocolate and eat it all year within reason, I know I work out all year, I eat well all year, my meals are pretty much all clean, I don’t eat any processed food,I cook 99% of my meals and even if I eat out I always have the healthier choice. It’s just who I am and it really is my lifestyle. Life is about balance, and what works for you and your lifestyle. So eat the damn eggs and don’t feel like you need to exercise to ‘buy’ back those calories. Unless you are a pro athlete or make money from your body being super lean why are you restricting what you can and can’t eat? It’s all just balance and living your best life. Obsessing over how many calories you ate, how much your body fat is, what the scale says you are is more unhealthy for you than carrying a bit of fat
I have been obese, I’ve also been super lean at 11% body fat, maintaining that low percent literally meant I obsessed about food. I don’t get paid to be super lean, I’m not competing and I never will, I’m just a normal full time working mom and I finally feel like I’ve found my balance. 2019 my personal goal is to not measure my body fat, i have learnt enough over the last few years about clean eating to cook well and make delicious meals, I will not eat spinach and egg whites, I will eat what I enjoy (this doesn’t mean chip butties either, I flippen love fresh bread, butter, tomato sauce and slap chips) 2019 for me is about living a balanced lifestyle. So stop being a dick, eat the damn eggs. Happy Easter.
