Single Fin Kitchen specializes in traditional Japanese Donburi (rice bowl). There are so many varieties to choose from, plus delicious appetizers to pair with your meal.
I had the Tuna 3 (Baja California tuna prepared three unique ways with furikake rice), Yakimono Chicken (Chicken, ginger, negi, Asian glaze; tamago furikake rice), and had Japanese Fries & Sea Salted Shisito Peppers. Everything was sooo good, fresh and flavorful! I will definitely be back to eat my way through their menu. I've got the Salmon 360 and Peruvian Ceviche next on my list! You should definitely visit Single Fin Kitchen and keep an eye out for their second location coming to Little Italy this summer!
