So most of you are aware of how much I am a fan of Jon’s work with @bondieffects. The Sick As changed my entire view of pedals and inspired this entire turn of events which has brought 1981 Inventions to fruition. But for real, the Art Van Delay is for real. This analog delay pedal is beautiful, useful, subtle, unique, inspiring, musical, and necessary. It is highly recommended for any lover of delay. The tap-tempo is even highly accurate, and stays on tempo. And it’s as simple as any Boss pedal, but is midi-capable, usb, 1200ms, and has loads of possibilities built into the top 5 knobs. The sound of the delay has such a nice grit, but also sounds sweet, which is no surprise if you’ve heard any of Jon’s pedals. The hold / swell feature is super unique and useable as well. This pedal really sets itself apart in a lot of ways sonically. I realize that an analog delay with this many features and this much delay time is a big investment, but I know it was well worth it for me. I love the entire take on this effect - classic, simple, and unique. +1 if you get the Seinfeld reference. Head over to his site to pick one up now!
