Add this unstable push-up (on medicine ball) with dumbbell push/pull to your next workout routine. This is a very challenging exercise due to the fact that you need to try to restrict rotation to get full advantage. Not only are you working your core, chest (push-up), shoulders, but your glutes should maintain activated in order to hold posture. Here I'm using a 15lb dumbbell and completed 3 sets of 8 reps per side. Have good and active rest of the day. Workout and caption by @bfitlikevane πŸ’ͺ
