Sorry about the not so pretty picture but I had a super late dinner last night and the lighting was so bad. Anyways, yesterday I came home staaarving so without thinking too much about it I just whipped up some leftovers and it was yummy 😌 Tuna steak marinated in ginger, koriander, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar with a 'dip' made out of greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, roasted garlic, cucumber and basil topped with oven-roasted tomatoes.
