Yesterday I’ve made these yummie Pumpkin brownies, vegan and gluten-free. Topped with dark & white chocolate and some walnuts. Because of the pumpkin purée there are really soft and creamy.

Millet Pizza with fresh asparagus and pesto made from kale and walnuts The base is made from cooked millet, mixed with garlic, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and flaxseed. On top of the millet dough I made a pesto from kale and for the topping I used fresh green asparagus which gives a nice bite. So yummy this healthy dish as well for lunch or dinner Gluten-free & vegan Have a nice Summer day everyone!!!
One of my favorite desserts I’ve made for a chakra retreat. This Raw vegan cake with coconut 🥥and Spirulina was served as a dessert on the Heart chakra day.
The chakra is the energy (heart) centre and connect the lower chakras to the higher chakras. The heart chakra is connected to your self - knowledge, your emotional openness and how peaceful you feel. When your chakra is blocked then you can feel emotionally or physically symptoms for instance that it is difficult to trust other people, your feel restlessness or impatient, high/ low blood pressure, chest pain and difficulty breathing.
The heart chakra element is air and the color is . So going outside, being in nature and good breathing in the air helps for your healing process. Also yoga 🧘♀️ poses like the camel or cobra pose can help. Food that balance your chakra can be;
Spinach, kiwi , Spirulina, Matcha powder, peas, asparagus, parsley, avocado , mint, zucchini ..... Hope you like the chakra series as much as I’m doing. Have a wonderful day!
