This has been the busiest two weeks for me ever with physical fitness and running. I have finally found my inspiration which were the words of David Goggins. Despite who he is or was, he was able to give me an image in my mind to succeed. Don’t be lazy, do shit that you don’t want to do and don’t be afraid to try and excel at things you ARE NOT good at. Build four walls with you in the middle...build those walls brick by brick until you are unable to escape with excuses. Mental toughness is what I am working on....physical fitness is my outlet. Now to find out how to get eating bad foods and too much foods under control. But for now, add another brick to my wall. My fastest 2 mile in 15 years was today. 19:58 isn’t blazing but considering my time was 24-26 minutes just last week, I am well on my way to greatness! Just keep swimming!
