My first ever two tiered cake, made for my sisters engagement party. Bottom tier was a 10” chocolate mudcake with ganache filling and peppermint Italian meringue buttercream painted gold. The top tier was white chocolate mudcake with raspberry italian meringue buttercream filling and white chocolate italian meringue buttercream outer with fresh flowers and a custom cake topper. It was such an honour to make this for my family!

Yellow ombré cake with Italian meringue buttercream for a baby shower. I had a bit of a tough week, especially with cakes after few fairly gigantic stuff ups. Thanks to those who ordered for their patience and understanding while I sorted myself out. We all have bad days, and this one was a doozy.
A 13 for my dear cousin on her birthday. White chocolate and raspberry in a 13 was the brief. So, white chocolate mudcake filled with white chocolate ganache and whole raspberries, with raspberry buttercream icing, and rosettes. Yum!
