Let's talk about setting sprays. Do you use them? Do you like them? Do you feel like they extend the wear off your makeup? What are yo current faves?
Here's some of the ones I've used so far. @milanicosmetics Make It Last Setting Spray - this is one of my top three favourites. I wear a ton of powder, and this sort of calms down the excessive powderiness, but still gives my skin a nice, realistic looking matte finish. It also extends the wear of my makeup. If you have oily skin, you're going to like this. @shopvioletvoss I'm So Extra Glowing Setting Spray. I have oily skin so I don't typically gravitate towards illuminating sprays. I use this to intensify powder highlighters or I confine it to the sides of my face. If you love a dewy finish, you should try this. @garnierusa Soothinf Facial Mist- this is a good hydrating mist. I mostly use it as skincare actually. It smells so good and it's so soothing, I use it to hydrate my face before I go in with treatments/serums/moisturizers. It's also a good makeup finishing spray as it leaves a beautiful natural finish. However, I wouldn't necessarily say that it extends makeup wear. @skindinavia Makeup Finishing Spray. This is the OG finishing spray. Extends wear, finishes makeup, sets everything in place, and controls shine. Your fave setting spray could never. @coverFX Mattifying Setting Spray. Cover FX blew me away with their unique approach to matte setting sprays. They used Clay instead of alcohol. I'm here for it. Just be sure to shake well and hold far away from your face because the nozzle is a bit intense, but it works and I love it. @makeuprevolution Hyaluronic Fix. This is a new release. I've been using their oil control spray in the white bottle for a long time too. I like both. They do a good job of de-powdering. Hyaluronic Fix is better suited to dry skin. @wetnwildbeauty Photo Focus Matte Spray. This is a good setting spray for oily skin. It does what it says on the box and the great price doesn't hurt. I think it's the cheapest on this list. I love the packaging too.
What is your fave setting spray?
When I saw the cover art for the @juviasplace Warrior palette, I had a vision in my head to create a video like this, and I like how it turned out.
I had to re-enact my fave scene from @blackpanther where Okoye snatched off her wig. I cut my hair last year cos I was done with the 4C + sensitive scalp struggle. I'm considering growing it back though.
I took a bit of a break because it's necessary every once in a while.
But I'm back, and I have quite a few products to share. The first is this awesome palette from @makeuprevolution@makeuprevolutionusa
I love a good neutral palette, because these are actually the colours I tend to reach for the most, for daily wear. I love this mix of warm nudes shades and dark browns, perfect for most skin tones.
This is the I Revolution Nudes Palette.

Happy 7th birthday to one of my favorite brands @beautybakeriemakeup and congrats to the amazing Head Baker in Chief @cakeandcashmere on building an amazing brand.
How many other brands serve you adorable cake-themed packaging, high quality products, and inclusivity?
I'm completely in love!
Someone wanted to know what I think about the @glowrecipe watermelon moisturizer so here it goes.
I like it. It's very lightweight. For my oily-combination skin, it offers the perfect amount of hydration. It sinks in quick and I layer suncreen over it without any heavy feeling.
It has a light pleasant smell, and I really have nothing bad to say about it.
I will incorporate it into my next little skincare demo, do you can see how it applies.
If you have any other products you'd like me to review, let me know.
I split this set with my friend @skinwithabiola so I don't know how the Watermelon Sleeping Mask performs.
I get so excited about new makeup .
However, after the excitement wears down, I like to go back and re-evaluate my thoughts on a product. Does anyone else do that?
Now that I've had it for a while, I still really do like this palette. I love that unusual dusty pink shade, and I feel like the entire colour scheme is cohesive. I love the size of the palette too. I am quite impressed with the formula of LimeCrime's eyeshadows. I'm going to post a video tutorial next so you can see how pigmented that dusty pink shade is. I didn't even think it would show up on me lol.
