Good snatch session today with main focus on my weak points. Started with a tech primer of 3 No contact Sn + 3 Sn drop - last video. Then above knee block snatches on the minute 12 x 1 -70% which felt better as they went. Working mainly on speed in the receiving position and keeping the bar close, sounds so easy right?

Side view check always good to look at once in a while to check bar path and whether the weight is stacked over center - Light split jerks with pause in dip and split on the minute. Then something I haven’t done in ages, weighted chin ups, which felt harder that they used too 😬Good training day, ready for more!
