Many of the greatest adventures that have happened in our history have happened in the name of science and discovery, to expand our understanding of our world. #AccessChile is about bringing that science within reach and showing the value of adventure with purpose. We’ve self funded the first three episodes, but want to continue building out this concept and creating something that goes far beyond the simple travelogues we find in most media. Check out the link in my bio for more information on what we’re doing! @roam @accesscampaign #atacama #adventure #filmmaking

Physics let’s you explore the universe without having to leave your own planet. @eylenepirez is one of those physicists who’s helping advance our knowledge of what makes our universe function. We’re here in the Atacama doing a story about adventure and science and how the some of the greatest adventures have been done in the name of science. @accesscampaign @roam #natureneedshalf

My mom @peggyhorton1951 told me there were penguins in Chile, and now every time I see a flamingo my brain tells me it’s a penguin. Is there a scientific term for that? #natureneedshalf

Clouds wrapping around a 20k foot Volcano at sunset. This was handheld, so I’m pretty happy with my stability... @roam @accesscampaign #accesschile #atacama #natureneedshalf

This landscape is incredible. I expected vast and empty, but it’s so full of details and fantastic nooks and crannies. This morning we drove up to 15,200 feet, the highest elevation I’ve ever been at. The real treat is going to be when we photograph the stars. #atacama #chile #natureneedshalf
