There are two young gorillas that would love to use it as a toy,” writes #YourShotPhotographer Jeff Nelson. “The mom spent the entire morning moving from them. Here she catches a brief rest; the baby seems secure in her arms.”

I think anytime we can make a portrait of an animal that moves us and reminds us they are living creatures who feel emotions, have dreams and desires, are very much like us in many ways… this is successful.
