#videogames are something that have been a mainstay in my life. They've helped me through a lot, and gaming conventions have been some of the most comforting, amazing places I've ever been to. E3, PAX East, they're some of my best memories ever, my favorite parts of the year.
The fact that somebody would go into one of these places and take innocent lives is despicable. Whether its a typical convention or a Madden Tournament or whatever, doesn't matter. People go there for their love of gaming and to have fun. What happened in Florida today is nothing short of heartbreaking. I wish it just never happened, but it did, I feel awful for the families of the deceased. I hope that those who are under medical care right now make it through, and that there's enough blood and supplies to keep them alive.
I love the people that come watch me on Twitch, that talk to me about gaming, and enjoy my content. The gaming community, for the most part, is fantastic, and I hope nothing like this ever happens again. People shouldn't have to be scared to go to events like this, or any public event. I hope the world gets better. I hope people get better. Video games are great, some people just suck.
