I always say if you aren’t having fun with fitness, you’re doing it wrong! My fitness growing up was always sports. I love Basketball so much. It never felt like a chore. I actually looked forward to it every day after school. • • • After tearing my knee 3 times, I had to find alternatives. It was first weight lifting, but it got boring pretty quickly. Then I started doing more group style HIIT workouts and it felt like sports again. I was with people, pushing each other, having healthy competitions. Moving your body is fun. Endorphins are fun. Being healthy is fun. Find a way to move and make it fun. • • • Don’t show up to a work out thinking of it as a chore. We GET TO move and be healthy. Let’s gooooo!👊🏽
