I am living the way this one turned out. Abalone shell on a Sierra kit.
Just got the completed photos of a collaboration project. I can’t believe how awesome it turned out. More to come in the future.
Finished the cherry trimmed book bin.
Finally took this bad boy for a spin today. 14” ferrous metal cutting blade. Test cuts on 1/32” steel were like cutting through butter. Time to bring on something thicker!
Spent some time at Oregon Burls yesterday. Here is a video of them cutting a 5,000 lb maple burl.
Almost done with this custom book box for my sons first grade teacher. I should mention he is half way through second grade now.
Just got some of the nicest curly Koa I have ever seen!
My kryptonite, black walnut!
Quick video on a cone hybrid call blank I cast yesterday.
Started a carving project today.
Turned my first handle today. Also my first finished turning that is not a pen. This one is for an old pizza cutter. Handle is made of black walnut.
Finally got around to finishing a few more pens. Time for assembly.
