Cachao is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic apprentice to assist with production and sales of our high quality cacao based products. The position will be based in our beautiful flagship store in the heart of Santa Catalina where Cachao products are produced and packaged by hand. The company is in a period of growth and expansion and the ideal candidate would be someone reliable and eager to grow within the company. This role would be perfect for anyone looking to learn and develop a career in craft chocolate making- training and supervision will be provided by our chocolatier to ensure the candidate can gradually take on more responsibility on the production side, eventually becoming an integral member of the manufacturing team. MAIN DUTIES - Greet customers and educate them about cacao and the Cachao line of products - Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service to walk-in and online clients - Help manage the processing and shipping of orders received through the website - Collect payments and cash up at the end of the day - Assist in wrapping and packaging finished products - Ensure shelves are correctly stocked and up to standards
REQUIREMENTS - Friendly and outgoing personality - Meticulous with strong attention to detail - Previous experience in a retail sales role, preferably in F&B - Ability to provide excellent customer service - Up-to-date knowledge of high quality food and beverage products - General knowledge or interest in health & wellness trends - Fluent in Spanish and English- additional languages are a plus - Certification “Manipulador de Alimentos” - Culinary experience is a plus
