I've been asked a few times recently if I'd ever get back into serving or bartending. Ya know, just to get out, make some extra cash, talk to more people.... Truth is, that I actually didn't think it's such a bad idea. I'm WAY comfortable in my sobriety, and have ZERO issues being around alcohol, so that's def not a problem. ⭐️Do I NEED another job though????? NO, not really. Do I want another job? Maaaayyybeee???? πŸ€” Then, I started thinking about what I've been doing the last 3 1/2 years as a Health and Fitness Coach, and how much freedom that this amazing little "job" allows me to have. Was talking with some friends the other day, and they really made me to realize how often I get to travel (SUPER DUPER GRATEFUL FOR THAT BTW). AND.... The fact that I'm readily available to help out, and watch my bestie's little babes and my Nephew is super cool too! ⭐️ I don't have to ask for time off, or get shifts covered cause I'm THE BOSS. I get work done whenever and wherever I want, and at my own pace. ⭐️ So, if ya asked me again if I'd like to go back into the service industry, the answer would have to be no. Working nights, weekends, and holidays is something that I just don't want as a part my job description again. ⭐️Do what you love, guys. Whatever it may be! ❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️❀️
{{ There's absolutely NOTHING wrong with the service industry btw. It's great money if you're working at the right place, but I've had my fill, and will stick to Coaching for probably ever. }}

You've got to be COMMITTED EVERY SINGLE DAY. ➑️Make a plan, and stick to it as best as you can. IF the plan changes a bit, that's A-OK! Doesn't mean that your goals need to follow suit though. ➑️ Your goals should NEVER change until you reach them. The timeline may extend a little longer than you'd like, but guess what???? You are human, and it's normal for there to be a delay at times. ➑️ COMMITTMENT takes hard work. Start with committing to yourself, vow that you'll do your personal best each day, follow through with it, and you'll be moving forward just fine. You've TOTALLY got this! ❀️

Sundays are pretty much THE perfect days to reflect on the past week, and then set intentions for the week ahead. It's super important to do this because you'll be taking your own inventory, and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. You'll be able to see what areas need improvement, and give yourself a big pat on the back for your successes. ➑️ Taking this inventory is not only VITAL with life in general, but it's also greatly needed along your health and fitness journey. Everyone needs to be put in check, and setting out to create better versions of who you see in the mirror is what it's all about. ➑️ So, what intentions are you setting for this coming week? ❀️

◼️How solid is your foundation?◼️ For instance, how strongly do you believe in yourself? What's your confidence level at? Are you making YOUR needs a PRIORITY???? πŸ”ΈοΈ It's super important to ask yourself these questions while taking personal inventory. In doing so, you'll be better aligned with your goals, and more grounded all-around. πŸ”ΈοΈ You've got to be happy on the inside in order to radiate happiness on the outside. Do what's good for your soul, recite positive affirmations everyday, and hold your head up high no matter what. The sooner you act like you love yourself, the sooner you genuinely WILL love yourself. ❀️Remember that POSITIVITY is CONTAGIOUS!❀️

We aren't perfect you guys, and slip ups will happen a whole hell of a lot more than we'd like them to, which can really bring us down both mentally and physically. 😣

I've personally been through many ups and downs along this AMAZING 3 1/2 year journey, but one thing that I never did was quit. I've been through month long phases where I ate whatever a wanted and barely worked out. Felt like things were hopeless, and it was SUPER overwhelming to think of starting all over again. πŸ™ˆ

Making the comeback better than the setback is key. So, I chose a program, started a new accountability group, and got my ass back to it.
We all def deserve to treat ourselves! There's NO doubt about that. But, if you are not mindful, going over the edge is likely. Don't beat yourself up about that when it happens. Just pick yourself back up, and move forward NO MATTER WHAT. Failing forward is what this journey is all about. Learn from your past mistakes and work your hardest to not repeat them. NEVER EVER give up on yourself either! ❀️❀️❀️❀️

How do you view exercise? Kind of a weird question, but be honest with yourself, and seriously think about it for a minute..... Do you love it, hate it, or love TO hate it???? Do you tend to feel that exercise is more important when you've splurged on treats? Let's say that you ate a BIG slice of chocolate cake tonight 🍰 .... are you going to double up on the cardio tomorrow in order to burn off those extra calories? πŸ‘Ÿ

Treating exercise as a form of punishment is actually pretty common, and I used to do it ALL THE TIME. It was kind of a subconscious thing. Like, I'd feel the need to justify treating myself. I wasn't ashamed persay, but I felt that there was some explaining to do after indulging, which is so damn silly! πŸ˜†

I found that exercise is actually a form of self-love and respect. We should be moving our bodies because we want to be healthy and fit. Being healthy also means that our mindset is in the right place, and there should NEVER be any feelings of shame. πŸ‘Ž

Eat healthy 80% of the time, treat yourself the other 20%, AND FEEL GREAT ABOUT IT! Plain and SIMPLE!

SO MUCH TRUTH! πŸ‘Œ

Practicing self-love does NOT mean that you are self-absorbed! You've got to LOVE who you are at every point of your journey. Focusing on your needs before others' is a necessity in life because if you're not healthy, then how are you going to be there to help those around you. It's just like how the flight attendants tell you to put your oxygen mask on first BEFORE putting on someone else's. Love yourself. Love your body. LOVE EVERY PART OF YOUR BEING! YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!!! ❀️

Chillin with my little yoga buddy today at the soccer field! ⚽️ The fact that Ethan and his AMAZING Momma like to come watch my games just makes me feel really special, and grateful to have them so close by. ❀️ Tournament didn't go so well, and I'm (barely) moving around like a 90-year-old πŸ‘΅ right now, but it was at least good to get out there and πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ a ton of calories. 🀣 On another note.... Was reunited with my soccer bestie, @lizadonihue tonight! 😍 Hadn't stepped out in the field in 4 weeks due to being on vacay, so I was a little nervous for the game today. The team did AMAZING though, and we WON our first game of the season! πŸ‘ I'm also playing in a tournament tomorrow, which is super exciting, but my body might be hating on me a bit. πŸ™ˆ Keep y'all posted! πŸ₯…

This pic is a new fave because it represents so much! The first word that comes to mind when I look at this is FREEDOM. 😍 Never in a million years did I think I'd be in Paris, jumping in front of the Eiffel Tower πŸ—Ό over and over again in order to get the perfect shot. πŸ“· This trip was absolutely AMAZING, and I am forever grateful for the fact that I'm able to travel the world with my best friend. πŸ’ I'm also SUPER grateful for the circumstances that ALLOW me to have the FREE time to do so. If you follow my IG stories, then you've also seen my recent trip to Las Vegas. I didn't have to ASK my boss for time off to go on either trip cause I AM MY OWN CEO. πŸ‘Œ

It wasn't always like this though! Taking back to back trips like this just wouldn't be possible. I'd need to get my shifts covered (basically a month's worth), and there'd be NO WAY IN HELL that I could afford to miss out on all that tip money, not to mention the fact that my job may not be mine when I got back! The bar industry is cutthroat man! πŸ™…πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ But.... This is all possible NOW because I took a chance on a "job" that I hoped would provide me FREEDOM. I didn't know much of anything starting out. Today, I sure am stoked that I said "YES" to becoming a Coach because it's given me ALL the FREEDOM. πŸ’― Are you looking to live a life of FREEDOM too???? Come check put my LIVE Sneak Peek Meet and Greet tomorrow night! You'll learn all about how I was able to turn a life that I desperately wanted to escape from into a life that I design EVERY SINGLE DAY. Absolutely NO obligations to join me afterwards! Just some really down-to-earth chicks sharing their stories. Tap that β™₯️, and/or fill out the, "Join My Sneak Peek Group " via the link in my bio and I'll be in touch!

Was in the meatloaf making mood the other night! Decided to go Italian style, and it turned out pretty good! Gobbled up the rest of the leftovers along with some fresh, sauteed garlic veggies tonight for din din. πŸ‘Œ Besides a couple pints of Halo Top this week, I've done REALLY well with keeping my nutrition in line. Proud of myself, especially cause I tend to get lazy in the kitchen when Gary's gone. Being sick usually makes me want to eat ALL the treats too. πŸ™ˆ Feeling back at 100% today, and am SUPER grateful that this nasty bug is gone. 😝 Hope y'all escape it's wrath! ❀️

Sure does! When you feel like giving up, think about WHY you started. ❀️

Got out for some fresh air today! Been kinda cooped up the last few days cause this damn sick bug doesn't want to GTFO! 😬 Totally thought that I was completely better the other night when I posted, but NOPE! Woke up yesterday still not feeling it, which f'd up mine and Pippa's trick or treating plans.πŸ‘ŽAnyhoo.... staying positive and shooting to be back at 100% tomorrow. πŸ™πŸΌ Grateful to be alive, breathing, and able to get outside on this beautiful day cause things could be MUCH worse! Pippa had a great time too, despite her look of complete exhaustion. ❀️

Came back from my trip with quite a nasty sinus bug, which is putting a damper on things. Gary also had to leave on biz unexpectedly today, so I'm EXTRA grateful to be reunited with this little (camera shy) princess. 🐢❀️ I was so proud to have escaped the flu THREE separate times, and honestly thought that I was gonna get through the whole year without suffering from it (cause superfoods 🌱). Guess it was bound to happen with the combo of not sleeping much along with a gazillion germs on six different airplanes and a bunch of trains. 😝 It was ALL worth it though cause the memories from this trip will last a lifetime, and this damn sickness will def be forgotten ASAP. πŸ‘Œ Felt MUCH better today compared to yesterday, and was able to unpack, do laundry, and grocery shop. DEF at the tail-end of it, thank goodness! πŸ‘ Looking forward to trick or treating with the fam tomorrow (IF I'm feeling better)! πŸŽƒ Not sure what Pippa will be yet. Bad planning on my part, so y'all will most likely see a repeat of last year. Oopsies! πŸ™ˆ Hope you all had a great Halloween weekend! I've really enjoyed seeing all of your pics. 😘

Our last day in Cork was awesome! Soaked up the view one last time from our hotel room floor, then followed through with our plans, and drove to Kinsale. Went to Dino's for the BEST fish and chips EVERRRR, and then did a little bit of shopping. Kinsale is only about a 20-30 minute drive from Cork, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful along the way, not to mention when ya get there. Ireland is just super scenic all over. πŸ€ Headed back to the hotel for a few hours afterwards so we could kill time before our flight back to London, and as you can see in the video, it was quite lively. The Jazz band was really good, and they def made our last moments at The River Lee even more enjoyable. If you're ever in Cork, I highly recommend this hotel. This was the 3rd time we've stayed here in a 5 year span, and the rooms and service are always great! πŸ‘Œ Anyways, sad to be going home tomorrow, but it's also going to be nice to reunite with our little girl 🐢, see my fam, and sleep in my own bed! Hope y'all have enjoyed our pics along the way! ❀️

Pics from Cork, Ireland so far! πŸ€ We've been here since Tuesday, and have had an amazing time as usual. Spent yesterday walking around town, eating, and shopping (of course!). Gary's Cousin had us over for dinner last night, and it was SUPER awesome to catch up and meet the new littlest addition, Conor. I just love his Irish side of the fam so much! ❀️ We ventured over to a little town called, Cobh (pronounced as Cove) today, which is home of the Titanic Memorial Garden. I had no idea that Cork was the last stop the Titanic made before venturing off to the Americas. Was a really cool. experience, and I dig walking through the streets looking at all of the historic surroundings. Had a yummy dinner tonight at one of our fave restaurants here, then headed back to the hotel for dessert and ANOTHER hot chocolate. It's a damn good thing that we've been walking a ton, I tell ya! πŸ˜‰ We're flying out tomorrow night, and plan to head over to Kinsale (a little boat town) during the day if we get up and outta the hotel early enough. It's almost midnight here right now, so I better get by ass to bed! Lol. I'll have more to post tomorrow! πŸ‘Œ

πŸ—Ό Paris πŸ—Ό
Oh, how I LOVE this city! The food was AMAZING (especially dessert), and that tower was just an incredible sight. We took quite a few different trains to get around, which was quite an experience in itself. The public transportation system is really effective, and Gary seemed to know the right routes to take (thank goodness). Def needed more than just one day to see everything, but I feel that we did pretty well with our time. Went to a quaint little cafΓ¨ for lunch where Gary ate some escargot 🐌, and I had some more macaroons (lol). We walked over to the Arc de Triumph and watched cars drive crazily through a roundabout, then strolled along into some shops. We were rained on all day, and I'm SUPER grateful for that last minute decision I made to buy this black jacket that I'm wearing in every pic. I'd be screwed on this trip without it. πŸ˜‚ Despite the dreary weather, this place is beautiful, and I'm hoping to come back someday. ❀️ We flew into Cork this afternoon, and had a lovely dinner with two of Gary's cousins. Can't wait to see the rest of the fam tomorrow night! Stay tuned for more pics! ✌️

More pics from London. Our sightseeing was mostly done at night (I blame jetlag). Had a great time roaming the parks and streets this trip since we had done most of London touristy stuff a few years ago. Stay tuned for Paris pics as I'll have to wait til I have Wi-Fi again when we get to the airport later. πŸ—Όβ€οΈ

If you'd have told me 3 1/2 years ago that I'd travel across the world to attend a Team Beachbody event, I would've seriously thought that you went bonkers. Like, being a Health and Fitness Coach would've sounded crazy enough, but being able to travel to London for an event???? Yeah, okay! πŸ˜† It was pretty freaking rad to be surrounded by such amazing people here in the U.K. There were about 500 people in the same room as me, all brand new to this Coaching "thing", and ready to give it their best shot in helping others succeed along their health and fitness journeys. ⭐️Being at this event opened my eyes up even more to what this U.K. launch really means for not only mine, but SO many others' Coaching businesses. This expansion is HUGE you guys, and I'm def even more fired up than ever to meet awesome new friends from across the pond and beyond. ⭐️Beachbody being a global company at some point in the near future is going to make more of a positive impact than most of you even realize. Our programs work. We do things the healthy and right way. We don't lead with sales. Instead, we lead with integrity in building relationships with others in order to HELP them. We are NOT salespeople. ⭐️I say this ALLLL the freaking time, and I'll keep it up probably forever ..... I'm just SO freaking grateful that I said "YES" to such an amazing opportunity that has blessed my life in a TON of ways. I had no clue what signing up for, or what this gig was going to bring me, and it's far exceeded anything that I've ever imagined. So, seriously.... WHY AREN'T YOU DOING THIS WITH ME YET????? πŸ€”
