Quality sleep is one of the most important factors for your health!! So don’t neglect it and instead make it a priority. Create a pre-sleep routine that helps you wind down and signals to your body it is bedtime. My sleep routine consists of turning off the TV and put my phone away 60 minutes before lights out, taking a relaxing bath with lavender, sipping on herbal tea and ensuring my bedroom is cool, dark and quiet each night.
