God first in everything!
About to do my very first 1-day @clean.juice cleanse!!! Thankfully it’ll be during my strength and HITT program’s rest day. (Because come Monday I’m going to be getting after the weights hard again!) Has anyone else had experience with juice cleansing?!
When there’s a 3 foot plyo box just sitting out in the middle of the gym, it taunts me. Because this girl ♀️ LOVES a good challenge.
In case you missed it in my IG stories- here’s the bridge. A great exercise to reduce pain in the back and hips by lengthening the hip flexors and strengthening the glutes. Try 3 sets of 10 reps!

How to make a bland side salad a meal- add rotisserie chicken, a little bit of olive oil/ balsamic for the dressing, and salt/ pepper to taste. Bonus with an added avocado. YUM.
God uses ordinary people to do extraordinary things- right where they are! Friends, we don’t have to achieve a status or a title to begin making a difference in others’ lives. And we certainly don’t have to have it all figured out. Wherever you are right now, God is able to and WANTS to you. All that is required is our obedience.
These ladies right here- they GET me. They’re not perfect, and neither am I. But we are on this journey together, as sisters, supporting and building one another up! The past couple months I’ve had to take a break from mountain biking due to a tailbone injury. It tore me up a little because it’s an activity I thoroughly enjoy doing with my friends. But I realized I had a choice- I could either wallow in self pity on the couch or I could go out and enjoy some hiking, trail running, or extra time at the dog park with my puppy. Can you guess the decision I made?! That’s right friends- let challenges, frustrations, “set backs,” be nothing more than opportunities to run in a new direction. You’ll grow stronger because of it.
