Vietnamese Bánh Mì Bowl

Korean style crockpot ribs, pickled broccoli slaw, and pickled jalapeños. Super yummy and filling!! I'm surprised at how much flavor we were able to pack into every bite! 😋 We'll definitely post the recipe for you guys because it's so deliciousss!! 🙌🏼

Chicken & Mushroom Fettuccine Alfredo

Noodles: @greatlowcarb fettuccine noodles - 7 net carbs per 2oz serving
Alfredo: @raoshomemade - 2 net carbs per 1/4 cup serving
Mushrooms: sautéed in EVOO and salt - 0.7 net carbs per 1/2 cup
Chicken: Salt, pepper, & Italian seasoning, @instantpotofficial for 5 minutes, naturally release pressure 5 minutes, manually release remaining pressure, sear in pan after cooking and removing mushrooms

Soo yummy! We're definitely going to be cooking chicken breasts this way from now on! 😋

Chipotle HOT Dogs 🔥

From left to right:
1. Lettuce, hotdog, relish, onion
2. Lettuce, hotdog, hotdog sauce, cilantro
3. Lettuce, hotdog, salsa, avocado, cilantro

Seriously... SO DAMN GOOD!

We made these hotdogs similar to the Redneck Dawgs recipe on our website, just added some chipotle peppers in adobo sauce to the dawg marinade. Sweet baby Jesus!! These are fucking DANK! They were just a tad hot for me, bc I'm a total wimp, but just right for Sam! I didn't even mind the spiciness because the flavors were so on point!! 👌🏼💯🔥

Sous vide pork chops seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic cloves, and @daksspices Butt Kickin' Buffalo, then seared on the grill. Paired with mashed radishes made in the Instant Pot. 😍

If you didn't know already, cooking meats via sous vide is one of the easiest and most precise ways to perfectly cook any kind of meat. We also love to sous vide our steak! 🥩

We have an @instantpotofficial Sous Vide which we got from Target and absolutely love! Let us know your favorite way to sous vide so we can try it! 👌🏼

Breakfast? Lunch? Brunch?! Idk this time change has me confused AF 🤦🏼‍♀️ Sous vide pork chops will be ready in less than 30 minutes but we needed something to tie us over until then. Bacon, fried egg in bacon fat, and an attempt at an avocado rose 😋

Bacon, ham, mexican blend cheese, cream cheese, sautéed onion, broccoli, and radish casserole?! YES PLEASE!

Just look at that edge of crispy cheese. 😍 Oh Lawd, it is delicious! And very filling which is awesome except that I really, really want to finish what's on my plate. This was super budget friendly, quick & easy. 💯 Leave a comment if you want the recipe!

It's not like fathead dough really needs anymore cheese lol but we made a Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza 🍕 Who doesn't love a cheesy stuffed crust pizza?! I can't think of anyone.

Instructions:

Prepare fathead dough, form into a circle, wrap edges of dough around mozzarella sticks, bake for 8 minutes at 415°, remove from oven and fill with sauce & fillings of your choice - we did @raoshomemade Arrabbiata Fra Diavolo Sauce - Hot, Italian blend cheese and pepperoni. Place back into oven for 8 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!! 😋

Check out our stories to see them coming out of the oven. OMG Y'ALL! These are freakin delicious! When we were marinating them last night I told Sam we would have plenty of leftovers for tomorrow then immediately after eating just 1 today I had to check myself and admit to him that he was right, we probably won't have any leftovers 😂😭 They are SO GOOD!!! The au jus from these ribs reminds me of the Chicken Fried Rice he used to make pre-keto and is one of my absolute favorite flavors ever. I'm not even joking, I was drinking this juice out of the baking dish. Hopefully we'll have the recipe posted soon so you can enjoy them as well! 😋

Barbacoa Tacos!! 🌮🏈 College Football Saturday = Taco Saturday! Right?! 😂

Low-carb @missionfoodsus tortilla, tri-colored cole slaw, bone broth barbacoa we made in the crockpot, 4-cheese Mexican blend shredded cheese, medium salsa (leftover from @chipotle, haha), guacamole (from @walmart. Shit is dank!!) and sour cream finished off with a squeeze of lime. 😍
