PEACH BUILDING WORKOUT Donkey Kick into a Reverse Fire Hydrant (4x15 each leg) Squat into Curtsy Lunges (4x10) *I used a 10lb weight* Lunge with a kickback (4x15 each leg) *I used a 35lb bar* Mind muscle connection on squeezing those glutes throughout the entire workout! Try it out
