It's On!! We are heading to the 2018 Mr Olympia for another @sevenbucksdsb takeover! I had a blast producing last years content with my wifey @DanyGarciaCo, @TheRock and the entire Seven Bucks team. This year we have more stories to share that highlight the incredible spectacle of this sport. Not to mention, bodybuilding history will be unfolding as @PhilHeath aims to tie Lee Haney and Ronnie Coleman with 8 Mr. Olympia titles!

Barbell Glute Bridges. I like to start all leg workouts with 1-2 glute exercises to activated and get the glutes firing properly.
Drive up pushing through the heels, push the knees outward slightly at the top engage the glute medius and hold the contraction until you feel both glutes fully engaged.
The Glute medius plays a key roll in stabilization of the hips, knees and lower back. The band above my knees is a Hip Circle by @mbslingshot which I like to use for added resistance to engage the glute medius. The bench I'm using is @theglutebuilder and is a #RienziStrength favorite
