Did I have a bunch of holiday festivities this weekend? Yup. Did I enjoy myself? You betcha. Am I going to restrict myself this week and be a slave to the gym for hours on end just to 'burn it all off'. HELL 👏 NO 👏 Y'all, been there - done that. It's not healthy. It's no way to live. . The healthy thing to do is to enjoy every moment with the people you love. Because that's all that matters. Not how many cookies you had or didn't have. 🙌 .

When you wake up without an alarm...before 5am. I think I'm actually a morning person now 😱 Whoooooo am I?! The only day I'm usually a morning person is December 25 🎄 or when I'm in Disney ✨ Happy to wake up & get shiz d.o.n.e. ✔️ Oh, and this lemonade helps bring the energy to get my day started. ⚡ .
