Good morning! Here is a delicious Saturday morning breakfast/brunch idea...(also a fantastic healthier pudding too!) It’s a cinnamon oat waffle with caramelised bananas @pipandnut coconut almond butter, raspberries, a sprinkle of @quakeroatsuk low sugar granola and a nice melting scoop of salted caramel @oppobrothers ice cream. Nice start to the weekend
Friday morning bacon bagel! I’ve got a @warburtonsuk bagel thin with two smoked bacon medallions, 20g reduced fat cheddar, spinach and pink slaw....yum!
Early lunch today and I’ve gone for a triple pikelet stack with @heckfooduk chicken italia sausages, spinach, tomato and a perfect golden egg - all coming in under 400 cals
When you find mini malteaser reindeer, you MUST buy them for your oats I’m having mine with on vanilla proats made with @missfitsnutrition whey protein and @alpro coconut milk oats topped with two cheeky reindeer, cacao nibs and raspberries Happy humpday!
Toast Tuesday breakfast! Also a great idea for a not too naughty pudding...A toasted chocolate chip brioche roll filled with strawberries, two scoops of @oppobrothers Columbian chocolate and hazelnut ice cream (only 43 cals a scoop) and a drizzle of melted chocolate Can’t tell you how nice this was!
