Celebrate World Water Day with me! #worldwaterday 💧 Water is one essential nutrient no person or living organism can leave with out. To function properly, the body and skin both rely heavily on water. Water composes 50 to 70 present of the body’s weight. Drinking pure water is essential to keeping the skin and body healthy; it sustains cell health, aids in elimination of toxins and waste, helps regulate body temperature, and aids in proper digestion. When all of these functions perform properly, they help the skin stay healthy, vital, and attractive. Drinking 9 to 12 cups (2 to 3 liters) of water a day is an average recommendation. The amount of water needed by individual varies, depending on body weight and level of daily physical activity. Here is easy formula to help you determine how much water is needed every day for maximum physical health: Take your body weight and divided by 2. Divide this number by 8. The resulting number approximates how many 8-ounce glasses of water you should drink every day. If you engage in intense physical activity each day, add two extra glasses of water to final number🤗
Hey guys 🤓, here is something hot on a hot Friday night🤤😬🤫!!! I forgot to mention that the skin on all your body has to exfoliated not only the skin on your face🙀. My favorite body exfoliant is Gel Exfoliant by Laboratory Renophase💫. It will help you to normalize the exfoliation process, refine and revitalize the skin! Use this 2-3 times a week on your face and body. Apply to clean dry skin. With wet fingertips💦 and using circle motions🔄, massage gel into the skin for one or two minutes. Rinse off and dry#bestskinever#skinforlife
Let start with my favorite of the month. 🍓 Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant with Lactic acid by Eminence Organic Skin Care. This exfoliant mix between manual scrub and chemical (lactic acid) exfoliant will be great for oil or combination skin types. Small particles of scrub will gently remove dead cells and lactic acid will trigger new cell production! 🍈Next on the list, Firm Skin Acai Exfoliating Peel also by Eminence Organic Skin Care, this one will work best for sensitive and aging skin type. It comes in a pump form that makes the application process easy and comfortable. Conveniently enough, this exfoliant should not be rinsed from the skin after applying, leave it on through the night and let its magic work! While applying, you can have a little tingle sensation. 🍍Derma Peel by Rhonda Allison will work for any skin type and especially will benefit dry, sensitive, aging skin. The papaya and pineapple enzyme, has a unique ability to liquefy and then bond together to form a natural granular exfoliation that leaves skin soft, polished, and refreshed! 🍯Repechage Honey and Almond Scrub (Exfoliant) will be great for oil, normal and normal to combination skin types! The scrub contains pure honey, oatmeal and fresh crushed almond meal to help purify and deep cleanse the skin! 💦Last one, Hydro Boost Exfoliating Cleanser by Neutrogena is more accessible, because you can buy it at a regular pharmacy, but still very effective! Will work best for the young normal to combination skin type! Soap-free, Oil-free, Paraben-free, Non-comedogenic formula with hyaluronic acid refresh and increase your skin hydration level. Gentle enough for daily use. 🌝Please remember guys🤓!!!, to use a sunscreen😎 and limit sun exposure🌞 while using exfoliants!
What is exfoliation and why is it so important for the health and beauty of your skin?! In February, the last month of winter, one of the most popular skin demands is exfoliation! For some of you who are new to my blog, I’ll explain... Exfoliation is the process of removing excess accumulation of dead cells from the Corneum (top) layers of the epidermis. Exfoliation helps to speed up natural cells turnover rate, as a result it will increase production of new cells, makes our skin look younger, smoother and healthier, also it will even up the color of your skin complexion and improve skin elasticity. There are several types of exfoliation: mechanical(microdermabrasion), manual(scrubs), or chemical (use of specific products like acids). It is always better if you do exfoliation with the help of a professional esthetisian, but there is a gentle exfoliant that is safe enough to use at home. I recommend to do exfoliation one or two times a week, in the evening follow up with your basic skin care routine. The next day after exfoliation, don’t forget to apply sunscreen greater then 30. Here, I’ll share with you some of my favorite skin exfoliates!
