True: When we embrace each moment the adhesed scar tissue of our past and the rigid bracing to protect ourselves from the future can be softened. . .

Notice your thoughts, observe them gently and non-judgmentally. .
While observing your thoughts ask your self .
Is it true? .

Is it necessary? .
Allow the thoughts to pass by like clouds. Observe gently. Become conscious and aware of the thoughts you are thinking. Not to judge, but to practice letting them move on like gently moving clouds in a beautiful blue sky. .
This is the practice. To recognize, allow them to be just as they are, without defining yourself by these thoughts yet honoring them without criticism and judgement. .
We are human, we will have thoughts that are perhaps not true, kind, or necessary. Though they may not make it through the gates, they are valid and useful. When we can observe we have the opportunity to gain insight into our struggle. .
Whatever you do today.. embody the light in your heart... your beauty! . . Breathe through the light of your heart and embody a feeling of love, thankfulness, appreciation, kindness.. breathe in and embody any heart quality that sings to you! . . Allow this light to expand through you and beyond . . I promise.. you will benefit and all those near and far in your thoughts, prayers, intentions and memories will be blessed by your heart light! . . We are deeply impacted by our thoughts, emotions, actions and intentions. We may as well benefit from this power and freedom of conscious choice and spread that to others! . . .

We all have the capacity, the ability, to live in and through the lovely heart quality of gratitude. 🙏🏻Often our primitive hard wired survival brain gets activated in fear leaving us in fight, flight, or freeze. Here the heart qualities of gratitude, thankfulness, and appreciation are inaccessible. 💛 💛 💛 🙏🏻How to embody gratitude🙏🏻 1. Reflect on someone or something you are grateful for 💛 2. Close your eyes and breathe directing your awareness into the heart region of your body 💛 3. As you breathe in and out whisper softly repeating out loud “thank you ________________” 💛 💛 💛 This practice of embodying the quality of gratitude.. where we feel it and allow it to move through our body.. allows it to stick! 💛 In this way Gratitude becomes not just a passing feeling but a trait that we embody and live through 💛 💛 💛 Try it!
