Adweek just published their annual top 10 picks for the year’s β€œmost intriguing, inspiring and entertaining work.” The ads represent a wide variety of brands, subject matter, stylistic approaches and executions, but they all have one major thing in common:

Exceptional storytelling.
The ads ranged from controversial to comedic, and hit many points in between. They leveraged a wide spectrum of emotional responses to get viewers to engage, react, and respond to the message.
